You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all registration information you submit is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal productivity purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or store through the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for User Content and must ensure you have all rights necessary to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

If you use TaskMitra on behalf of a business or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Administrators may manage user access, permissions, and data within the organization workspace in accordance with these Terms.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable app store policies or our refund policy, where offered.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and documentation, is owned by TaskMitra and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted herein, no rights are transferred to you.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskMitra and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
